They want to know and have direct contact with our clients’ sites. Site inspections by management help confirm that the Field Supervisors and officers are in compliance and consistently following procedures. On The Job Training Checklist
For each security site, we provide an On The Job (OTJ) Checklist designed specifically for that site. Our officers and Field Supervisors focus on the requirements that our clients request, in addition to the normal security awareness programs that Bales Security has initiated. Each security guard is trained, documented, and inspected to create consistent compliance.
Additionally, we inspect our officers and implement our Training, Inspecting, and Mentoring (TIM) program. After action follow-up reports provide our agency with an advantage over other agencies.
