The management team at Bales Security takes pride in being hands-on and can routinely be found in the field, day or night, participating in our Training, Inspecting and Mentoring (TIM) program. They want to know our clients and have direct contact with their sites. Site inspections by management help confirm that the Field Supervisors and officers are in compliance and consistently following procedures.
