Joe is the Agencies
Chief Operating Officer and brings tremendous managerial experience
to our clients, employees, and the company. He has over 33 years of
management from the beginning as a Squad Leader to Command Sergeants
Major in the U.S. Army after 25 years of proud service to our
country. Area Manager, Branch Manager and Operational Manager
experience in the Janitorial and Security industries.
He holds a Bachelors
and Associates degree from Central Texas State College in Business
Management. Has attended top Military Academies, Management
Training and certification with Cross Roads of Leadership in
Junction City Kansas and voted as the class President by his peers.
He is a professional member of the Suncoast IFMA Chapter, and
Florida West Coast ASIS Chapter.
Joe has developed
and re-structured training-forecasted vacancy requirements for
government agencies. Acquired, trained, and fielded over 100 junior
managers who earned promotions to top management positions! Highly
experienced in hiring, training, and ensuring qualified individuals
represent their responsibilities with professional work ethics. He
has reorganized mid-level management programs for four different
units and over 2,500 personnel. Recruited and retained supervisors
with management techniques that offered quality control, universal
standards, and superior training and reward programs. Takes care of
and ensures all employees are treated with respect and dignity that
assists in maintaining quality personnel.
He is a licensed
Security Officer, Intern Investigator, and Manager for our agency.
Certified audit inspector, employee orientation, and trainer
certified along with being First Aid and CPR certified. Has
attended 6-month Sergeants Majors Academy, with the Department of
Defense Senior Management course, graduated in top 10% of over 500
students. Appointed Senior Manager of four different organizations
while junior in experience compared to others.
Joe has developed a
common sense leadership approach, with a situational driven and
based on readiness level of employee. Strives to ensure that every
employee is developed with Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring so that
the end result is a highly professional individual with valued work
ethics of accomplishing his or hers requirements.
